The Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce of Florida, under an agreement with the Associação Comercial de São Paulo, is now able to supply

a. Credit reports on Brazilian Companies. Reports are compiled accessing the daily- updated proprietary database containing information on over 3 million companies in the State of São Paulo and other Brazilian States. Presently the information is provided in two types of reports: a credit status report and the principals report.

b. Trade Information Reports: Information on suppliers / manufacturers of products. For each product requested, the report will supply an updated and double-checked list of up to 20 companies, containing the following information: name, address, telephone, e-mail, name of the English speaking person, number of employees. The companies are contacted and consulted about their interest in doing business with the USA, saving you time and money. The price for this list is $ 150.00.

Credit Status Report

. Legal name ("Razão Social").
. Company's official identification numbers: CGC (Brazilian federal tax ID number) and Company's NIRE number.
. Company mailing address and telephone numbers.
. Fields of endeavor of the Company
. Quantity of branch offices
. Records of unpaid credit notes filed by creditors against the Company ("Protested" Bills or Trade Notes).
. Checks returned for "non-sufficient funds", as reported by the Central Bank of Brazil.
. Date and name of who recently requested credit reports about the Company

Principals Report

. Name and CGC or CPF of Company Partners, Shareholders, Officers and Principals, as filed with the respective State corporate registry
.For each listed Partner, Shareholder, Officer or Principal, the Name and CGC (or Name and NIRE) of all other companies that it/he/she is on record as being a "participant" (partner, shareholder, officer, or principal).
. For each of such other companies, an indication (yes or no) if there is detrimental information (trade complaints and/or unpaid checks) on record.
. Name and CGC (or name and NIRE) of other companies on record in which the Company has an ownership position.
