Michelle Billig is director of global political risk
services at PIRA Energy Group, an international energy research and
consulting firm specializing in global energy fundamental market
analysis and intelligence based in New York.
George Philippidis is associate director of the Applied
Research Center (ARC) and co-director of the Energy Business Forum at
Florida International University.
Jorge Piñón is an energy fellow of the Center for
Hemispheric Policy at the University of Miami. He previously ran BP
Europe’s western European supply and logistics operations. Prior to this,
he served as president of Amoco Oil of Mexico and president of Amoco Oil
Latin America in Mexico City.
