The Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce of Florida held a luncheon featuring Dr. Attila Andrade Jr. During his presentation, Dr. Andrade spoke about the basic legal rules on how to invest in Brazil , successful agreements with Brazilian companies, as well as on the next great business opportunities in Brazil under the PAC program.
